MANCHESTER PRODUCTS is a wholesale distribution company serving the Canadian garden centre and pet store industry. We have recently moved from an old 110,000 sq. ft. warehouse to a new building which is 35,000 square feet with 38’ high clear ceiling heights in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. We have made a major investment in new racking and new equipment so that we can operate with VNA technology. Our new site holds 10% more inventory and this site gives us room for expansion.
MANCHESTER is strategically located to serve all the major markets in Canada. We service over 1600 hardware, garden centre, and pet outlets with 10 sales representatives looking after our broad base of customers.

DELIVERY: ONTARIO; Minimum order for prepaid delivery is $300.00. Orders less than $300.00 will have a $25.00 fee applied. QUÉBEC (Abitibi, Lac St-Jean, Côte Nord, Gaspésie) : Minimum order for prepaid delivery is $750.00. Orders less than $750.00 will have a $40.00 fee applied. QUÉBEC (all other regions): Minimum order for prepaid delivery is $500.00. Orders less than $500.00 will have a $25.00 fee applied. MARITIMES (NB, PEI, NS); Minimum order for prepaid delivery is $750.00. Orders less than $750.00 will have a $40.00 fee applied. NEWFOUNDLAND & WEST OF ONTARIO: All orders will be shipped with freight added to the order with a 5% freight allowance. TAILGATE SERVICE; Tailgate service is available at a surcharge of $25.00 per shipment. Tailgate service must be requested at time of placing order.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized by the salesperson. A return authorization form must accompany the goods and each piece should be tagged with your company name. Drivers will not pick-up product for return unless previously authorized. If merchandise is authorized for return and credit, a service charge of 20% may be assessed for items that are not defective or are priced. No returns will be accepted on cross-docks, direct ship and special orders.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: When any damages occur in shipment, they MUST be recorded on the Bill of Lading. Problems with shipments must be reported to our office within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in no credit being issued.
TERMS: All early deliveries are due May 1. Deliveries April through November are due Net 30 days. Manchester also accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard. C.O.D. customers must pay by Visa or MasterCard before the order is shipped. GST is extra.
ONTARIO SALES TAX, QUEBEC SALES TAX, PESTICIDE LICENSE, and GST REGISTRATION NO.: We require an up-to-date Provincial Sales Tax number on file as well as your Pesticide license number (if required) and GST Registration Tax number. In order to be able to sell class 3 pest control products you must have a Retail Vendor Pesticide license. We are unable to sell class 3 products to customers who do not have a Retail Vendor Pesticide license.
